Tools for ultimate image quality for advanced display photomask manufacturing

The Micronic Mydata Prexision series laser pattern generators offers uncompromising image quality for photomask production up to generation 10, enabling next generation of displays.

Micronic Mydata’s product offering includes two products, The Prexision-8 up to generation 8 photomasks and Prexision-10 up to generation 10 photomasks. The Micronic Mydata Prexision systems improve yield both for the mask shop and the mask user. The systems enable production of higher quality photomasks, with CD specifications improved by up to 30% over previous generations and registration performance improved by 50%. The quality improvement is combined with an increase in throughput with 60% for the high throughput (HT) configuration and 20% for the high accuracy (HA) configuration.
