Micronic Mydata’s world-wide service network helps you to obtain optimal performance from your systems. We strive for the utmost quality in our systems. Maintenance and service are vital tools for keeping the systems at the highest performance level.
World-wide service organization
Micronic Mydata’s field service engineers are working close to our customers and are distributed across 15 service centers world-wide. The field service engineers provide you with the periodic maintenance, recovery and repair activities. In each country, the head office contains additional functions such as 2nd line support for advanced technical issues, training as well as spare parts management and logistics functions. The regional service offices are supported with technical and operational expertise from the headquarters in Sweden.
The service organization also includes after market sales to secure that we offer new value added products in line with our customers need.
Asia Technical and Applications Center, located in Japan, provides technical and application support for Micronic Mydata's customers throughout the region. ATAC also serves as a regional support center for advanced technical issues. The 1,000-square meter facility contains pattern generators and process equipment that are used for advanced training and support to secure high availability and performance of customer systems. The center also offers opportunities to demonstrate machine operation and performance.
