Speed up your changeovers
Get the job done in five easy steps!
Running a sequence of jobs on a MYDATA line is surprisingly easy! You just follow the five basic steps outlined below:

Step 1 – Planning
Start by optimizing the job sequence and changeover strategy for the work orders at hand. The resulting Bill-of-Materials is sent to the SMD Tower for automatic delivery in correct kitting order.

Step 2 – Kitting
Load the feeders with just two bar code scans - no manual data entry is required. Material outside the SMD Tower is easily located thanks to a tracking system based on location labels.

Step 3 – Assembly
When using the FlowLine system, machine programs are selected automatically, as are conveyor width and loader/unloader settings. Needless to say, when the line is up and running, you are free to start kitting for the next job.

Step 4 – Replenishment
Components that are about to run out are displayed well in advance by the PRM (Proactive Replenishment Monitor) software. Just click the "provide" button, and the SMD Tower will deliver a new reel immediately.

Step 5 – Dekitting
Dekitting a MYDATA line couldn't be easier. Just unload the feeders and put the reels back into any of your SMD Towers. Mix-ups are virtually impossible, since each reel has its own unique identifier.
