TEX – sophisticated tray management for large tray volumes

The ideal solution for matrix tray management. The dual-track design allows the machine to pick from one track while the other is being changed. An empty-tray warning function and a built-in barcode system enable tray recognition and eliminate additional programming when trays are replenished. Delicate components are protected by controllable tray acceleration. If production requirements change, TEX can be easily retrofitted it in any position in the machine (uses only two magazine positions). A wide pallet cassette is also available for handling larger trays.

TWM – for average tray volumes

The TWM unit provides matrix tray capability for up to 7 JEDEC trays and fits in the machine’s ordinary magazine slots. Matrix trays are placed on a servo-controlled tray table that positions the components on the tray in the pick-up position. Tray tables are interchangeable and are available in different sizes – occupying from one magazine slot in the machine (single module) up to three magazine slots.

Flexible Tray Holder – for small tray volumes

A simple and effective unit for handling single matrix trays. Four magnetic corner holders can fixate trays of any size. No adjustments or tools are required. Simply position a tray with the holders, teach the machine software its location and start mounting.
