Maintain production efficiency
TPSys/JPSys is the backbone of MYDATA’s fully automated high-mix production. Features such as early low-feeder warning, package autoteach, electrical verification and shared databases maintain throughput while greatly reducing the risk of errors.

 

Reliability and data integrity
Data integrity is guaranteed by means of a user access system with password protection, single-point data storage and automatic network backup. Machines can also be backed up to a local database, enabling them to continuously produce PCB's even if the central data server or network fails.

 

Automatic replenishment
When our pick & place machines are connected to MYLabel and the storage solution SMD Tower, the replenishment process becomes completely automated. Component reels will be delivered to the operators in next-to-run-out order, and the risk of providing incorrect material to the line is reduced to practically zero.

 

FlowLine – when automation is taken all the way
The FlowLine system gives you zero changeover time - in reality. For each work order, machine programs are selected automatically, and every piece of equipment in the line will adjust its settings with no operator intervention. Since there is no penalty for changing over, batch sizes can be optimized for downstream operations such as box build and test.
