Agilis Stick Magazine – for improved high mix productivity and profitability
With the new Agilis Stick Magazine, ASM, you can benefit from the accuracy, speed and flexibility of the award-winning MYDATA Agilis system. Unlike traditional stick feeders that rapidly vibrate up and down to feed components, the ASM utilizes a high precision linear drive with a servo-controlled, horizontal motion. This highly reliable feeding process significantly reduces time and money spent on operator assists and component waste.

Because the ASM handles a very wide range of SMT components – from the smallest TSSOP to large PLCCs and high connectors – you will always be prepared for any job. Removable stick pallets with a built-in pallet ID and barcode system allow you to replenish and pre-load pallets, as well as prepare data before pallets are loaded into the magazine. Feeding parameters are automatically calculated based on component data already available in the machine's database. Pick-up positions are automatically located and trimmed as well. The time associated with adjusting and fine-tuning traditional stick feeders is completely eliminated. Simply plug in and go.
