Speed up your setups and changeovers

All magazines ensure accurate setups and fast changeovers. As most magazines hold up to 16 tape reels you can save even more time by performing multiple feeder changes simultaneously. All magazines can be replenished while the machine is running, so you never have to stop production if you run out of components.

Keep track of component data

All magazines and Agilis feeders have a unique identity, which means the system is able to recognize the presence, absence, and location of components, helping you to keep track of inventory. You can also change positions in the machine, as the system recognizes the new feeder location and automatically re-optimizes the mount program to maintain the highest possible efficiency.
