MYDATA third party providers program

Third party providers need continued support from their OEM suppliers to provide connectivity testing and functionality verification for each software version, machine type and level. In many instances, basic functional requirements for equipment hardware and software are overlooked among a seemingly endless number of features and options. As a result, users need help in narrowing down product options to ensure a trouble-free investment.

MYDATA has always supported an open interface to products offered by third party suppliers from around the world for their line of MYDATA assembly equipment. As part of this open interface policy, MYDATA has developed a third party supplier program with two levels: Third Party and Certified Third Party. This program assures MYDATA customers and the electronics manufacturing industry of third party connectivity.

Certified Third Party Program

• As new MYDATA machines, options and accessories are introduced, every effort will be made by MYDATA and the certified third party to ensure that all certified hardware and software products remain compatible with the latest MYDATA product enhancements.
• Certified third party products are marketed, sold and given 1st tier support through the MYDATA organization in Täby, Stockholm, Sweden.
• MYDATA is committed to maintaining an up-to-date list of MYDATA certified third party suppliers on the MYDATA website.
• MYDATA and the third party supplier have entered a Non Disclosure Agreement to ensure future technology development.

• The third party supplier is committed to maintaining an up-to-date list of supported MYDATA products and product versions on their website.
• MYDATA provides the third party supplier with relevant information about released MYDATA products and changes. The scope of the information is decided by MYDATA.
• The third party supplier provides MYDATA with relevant information about released third party products. The scope of the information is decided by the third party.
• The third party supplier is responsible for ensuring that their products are compatible with MYDATA products and services.
• The third party supplier is responsible for the functionality, as well as performance, maintenance and warranty issues of their products. MYDATA and its sales channels shall not be responsible for any damage caused by the use of or inability to use any third party product.
